How can transitions coaching benefit me during significant life changes?

Transitions coaching goes deep to discover the root of how and why you think, feel and behave the way you do. This insight, combined with the use of science-based methodology and tools, allows us to work on shifting how you’re reacting to challenges which, consequently, makes dealing with your life event less stressful.

What types of transitions do you specialise in?

Although we help clients through all types of transitions, we specialise in the divorce journey (which includes post-divorce) and career crises. Check out the Services section of our website to learn more.

How do you tailor your coaching approach to meet individual needs?

The work we do with each client is bespoke and varies from session to session. Nothing is pre-planned. We work together each time to build momentum and get you to your desired outcome.

What results can I expect from working with Uncouple?

Transitions coaching is powerful and results are inevitable when clients are open and committed to the process. Results, however, are never guaranteed as you get out what you put in, though clients that make the effort can expect a noticeable shift in how they feel about and deal with life and its challenges. Some of the results you can expect both during and after transitions coaching are: more in control and engaged; less stressed; a greater sense of purpose and fulfilment; and more calm and confident about the present and the future.
